These terms and conditions apply to the Ultra Space application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by [Developer/Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a [Open Source/Free/Freemium/Ad-supported/Commercial] service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you carefully read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the Application's source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are forbidden. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time. The Service Provider guarantees that any fees for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this removes software restrictions and limitations imposed by the device's official operating system. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise the device's security features, and may cause the Application to function improperly or not at all.

Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects. Some features of the Application require a valid internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. If the Application cannot operate at full capacity due to inability to access Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data quota, the Service Provider bears no responsibility.

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that the terms of your mobile network provider's protocol still apply. As a result, you may be charged data usage fees by your mobile provider or other third parties during connection to the Application. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data fees if you use the Application outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) and have not disabled data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, they will assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for your use of the Application. For example, you are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider bears no responsibility.

Regarding the Service Provider's liability for your use of the Application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure their information is always updated and accurate, they do rely on third parties to provide them with information so that they can provide information to you. The Service Provider does not accept liability for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer from completely relying on this functionality of the Application.

The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available, subject to the requirements of the operating system (and any other system they decide to extend the Application's availability), and may change. If you want to continue using the Application, you will need to download updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated to make it relevant to you and/or compatible with the specific version of the operating system installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates when they are made available to you. The Service Provider may also wish to discontinue the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing you with a termination notice. Unless they notify you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms shall terminate; (b) you must stop using the Application and remove it from your device if necessary.

The Service Provider may periodically update its terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you review this page regularly to check for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting new terms and conditions on this page.
